Eddy Ancinas is a local author who specializes in Lation American travel, ski history, and the California west. She has written two books: Squaw Valley & Apline Meadows: Tales from Two Valleys, a nonfiction history of the two iconic local ski resorts; and Tracing Inca Trails, her newest memoir tracing her seven-day horseback trek in the Peruvian Andes.
